All of our lamps are made by hand by skilled in-house artisans, who have been working with us for 30 years.
Delivery times
As we make all of our products to order and by hand, delivery may take up to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order.
Shipping
All shipping costs $200 USD unless your order is over 30kg.
Returns
While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that you may need to return it. Aqua Creations accepts returns on a vast majority of our lamps, in a new, uninstalled condition and in sealed original packaging, within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated on the item’s product page.
Taxation
