As we make all of our products to order and by hand, and we work with orders in queue, regular production may take up to 4 weeks. Regular delivery may take up to 8 weeks. Rush orders and air courier delivery are possible. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping

All shipping costs $200 USD unless your order is over 30kg.

Returns

While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that you may need to return it. Aqua Creations accepts returns on a vast majority of our lamps, in a new, uninstalled condition and in sealed original packaging, within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated on the item’s product page.

We use natural materials for our lampshades that compliment the organic shapes and sculptural design of our lamps.
