Every Aqua lamp is made by hand in our Tel Aviv studio — silk, metal, and many patient hours. These few steps protect it from here on. It should take five minutes.
Before & after opening

Photograph the box first
Before opening — photograph all sides of the box. If there is any shipping damage, these photos are what make the claim possible.

Open gently
Cut the tape only — never push a blade deep into the box. The silk sits close to the surface.

Lift by the frame, never the silk
Hold the metal frame with both hands. The silk should never carry weight — not even for a second.

Check what's inside
Lamp · canopy & hardware kit · origin coin on the box. Missing something? Contact us below before installing.

Installation — electrician only
A licensed electrician installs the lamp. Voltage is marked on the label (120V / 220V) — confirm it matches your line.

Caring for the silk
Dust gently with a dry, soft brush. No water, no sprays, no chemicals. The silk ages like it should — beautifully.
