The name Oji carries two meanings across two unrelated languages: “prince” in Japanese, “warrior” in Igbo. One suggests stillness and ceremony. The other, force and presence. It is a fitting name for a form that is both settled and alive.

Oji began as a question about form: what would happen if the clean geometry of ToTeM became something softer and more resolved in its curves? The result is a rounded, organic silhouette that stands apart from the cylindrical To, Te, and M, while sharing the same design language and in-house developed polymer and silk palette.

Available as both a floor lamp and pendant, it finds its most natural presence with the fuller curve at the base, though as a pendant it can be suspended from either end. Oji is available in both polymer and hand-pleated wild Tussar silk across the full sixteen-color palette, with materials and colors as considered as the form itself.
