A Powerful Partnership

Lighting design studio Aqua Creations and Lexus have partnered to highlight a commitment to luxury, expert craftsmanship and high-quality materials. Designed in coordination with architect Germane Barnes, two collections have been selected for the ON/ installation and Lexus lounge. 

The brightly colored and playful silk collection of Code 130° pendant lamps is designed to create a sense of optimism, blending seamlessly with the distinct futuristic aspect of Germane’s wireframe design. Understanding that a car is an expression of one's identity, Aqua selected the buildable Code 130° pieces that allow you to combine endless shapes and colors to individualize a space.

Aqua Creations will partner with Lexus beyond the ON/ installation, introducing its expanded ToTeM Family collection for the first time in the Lexus Lounge. Using design to emulate the lounge’s function to rest and recharge, the modular ToTeM Family collection will function as artwork that illuminates the space. The contrast of the Code 130° and ToTeM collections show two opposites, and the variety that Aqua Creations offers through color, material and design.

Code 130° Collection

Code 130˚ is a new silk collection of creations hand-crafted by light artisans. The collection was created in response to the Covid-19 pandemic impact on the world. In a time when the world is seeking assurance, happiness and hope, we created a way for people to add color and hope to their lives. The 130 ̊ angle guides the viewer to look up, and by doing so seek new opportunities and dream of a better future.

ToTeM Family

Made with the home in mind, each member of the ToTeM Family is available as a hanging pendant, wall light or floor lamp version, both with a powerful, energy-efficient LED base that creates a beautiful soft light. The lamp is made of a laser-cut lampshade sprayed with webbed polymer, and its versatile design works well at any setting -- at home, the workplace or in hospitality environments.
